To make this new feature as relevant and useful as possible, we’d love to hear your preferences on how you’d like to handle vendor reassessment questionnaires.
As part of the annual vendor reassessment process, you can send out a vendor questionnaire. We assume that, over the course of a year, you may have made some minor updates to the questionnaire template. You have 2 options:
1️⃣ Option 1 (Request for clarification option) : Reuse last year’s questionnaire as is. All questions, options, findings, and existing comments will be retained. The previous questionnaire answers will remain accessible in your history.
2️⃣ Option 2 : Request the new questionnaire template to include any new or modified questions
• New or updated questions/options will require fresh input.
• Unchanged questions will be auto-filled with the vendor past responses.
• All findings will be flagged.
• The previous questionnaire will be archived automatically.
